The service

Chilly Chat provides an automated assistant for WhatsApp rooms that supports coordination, reminders and neutral mediation. It is not a general-purpose assistant and does not offer legal, medical or financial advice.

Accounts and billing

Room managers subscribe on a monthly plan billed through Stripe. Plans limit the number of rooms and members. You may cancel at any time; access continues to the end of the billing period.

Acceptable use

You must have the consent of room members before adding them. You may not use Chilly Chat to send unsolicited messages, harass anyone, or violate WhatsApp's Business and Commerce policies.

Data

Handling of personal data is described in our Privacy Policy. You are responsible for informing your members that an automated assistant is present, which Chilly also does on join.

Liability

The service is provided as is. ACE AI Spark, Inc. is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the service, to the extent permitted by law.
