What we collect

• Your WhatsApp phone number (stored as a one-way hash) and display name.
• Messages sent in rooms Chilly is a member of, or relayed through Chilly.
• Room manager account details: email, organisation name, billing details via Stripe.

How we use it

Messages are analysed automatically to detect tension, unanswered questions and participation patterns. Raw message bodies are encrypted at rest with a per-tenant key and deleted after 7 days. Derived signals and aggregate reports are kept while the room exists.

What managers see

Room managers receive aggregate reports: response times, participation and tension trends. They do not see message text unless every member of the room has consented.

Opting out

Send /stop in any conversation with Chilly. Your messages will then be relayed without analysis, or you may leave the room.

Your rights

You may request export or deletion of your data at any time by emailing privacy@aceaispark.com. We honour requests under GDPR and Indonesia's PDP Law within 30 days.

Third parties

WhatsApp (Meta Platforms) delivers messages. Supabase hosts our database. Vercel hosts this site. Our AI provider processes messages under zero-retention terms. Stripe handles payments.
