A lightweight classifier scores each message. When a thread heats up, Chilly offers a calm reframe or a clarifying question.

Nudges the silent

If a direct question to a member goes unanswered, Chilly sends one private reminder, respecting quiet hours.

Reports patterns

Managers see response times, participation and tension trends. Never quotes, unless every member consents.

What Chilly does not do

Chilly only helps with room coordination, reminders and mediation. It does not answer general questions. Any member can type /stop to opt out of analysis at any time. WhatsApp end-to-end encryption ends at our server, and message bodies are encrypted at rest and deleted after 7 days.
